I used to be completely frustrated with my health & fitness.
Most of my training life was wasted with bad training and bad nutrition. There was times when i was spending over 2 hours in the gym.
There was a time where i was going to the gym twice a day, and i still wasn't seeing results.
I was sad, depressed and unhappy with my health & fitness and decided to take things more seriously by learning more about nutrition and fitness practices.
It payed off - I got into amazing shape and felt better than i ever did.
I'm so much stronger, faster, healthier and my body looks A LOT better than it ever did.
The best part of all is that i learned how to do this while SAVING TIME.
MY GOAL? Help others feel confident and comfortable with their body and help them live healthier, happier lives LONGTERM.
